Accepting breast cancer
Most women can vividly remember how they felt when they were first told they had breast cancer. Some women may have severe depression but manage to cope with life. Others may find it pointless to worry, while some have the fighting spirit by Being positive and keen to know more information. The worst may either prefer not to know anything about the disease and rather forget that it barely exists or be hopeless and pessimistic.
We advise women to talk about their cancer as a part of the process of dealing with what has happened, especially at first, with the people around them for support. Your medical team and your family and friends need to know how you want to deal with things and how they can best respond to your needs.
